KurgemX is a SaaS platform operated by KurgemX — Kurumsal Gelişim Merkezi (KURGEM), offering AI-powered business analysis and prototyping services on a subscription basis.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account and all actions performed through it. You must keep your password secure and immediately notify support@kurgemx.com of any unauthorized access.

The platform uses third-party AI services such as Anthropic's Claude model for content generation. Generated content is informational only and does not constitute professional advice. Evaluating the accuracy and suitability of this content is the user's responsibility.

KurgemX reserves the right to modify platform features, pricing, or terms of service with prior notice. Significant changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
