Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at destek@kurgemx.com within 14 days of your payment date.

When you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to all features until the end of the current billing period. Access is not immediately revoked upon cancellation.

As long as you cancel before the next billing period begins, no charge will be made for the new period.

No refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the current period. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each period.

The refund policy does not apply to the free Freemium plan.
