At KurgemX, we care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data Collected
We collect name, email address, and project content (stories, acceptance criteria, analysis texts). This data is used solely to provide the service.
2. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase applies industry-standard encryption and security measures.
3. Third-Party Sharing
Project data is sent to the Anthropic API for content generation. Anthropic does not use this data for model training. Your data is not shared with advertisers or other third parties.
4. KVKK Compliance
The platform operates in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Explicit consent for data processing is obtained during registration.
5. Right to Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, send a request to support@kurgemx.com. Requests are processed within 30 business days.
